Our Copper Verdigris Cottage Weathervanes are the perfect size for smaller structures such as bungalows, garages, gazebos and sheds.
Our Eagle sits with his talons high on a 100mm (4 inch) diameter ball. With a wing span of 460mm (18 inches) body length of 325mm (13 inches) and a total feature height of 630mm (24 inches) a majestic sight on any application.
The high quality craftsmanship ensures years of maintenance free enjoyment. Cottage Weathervanes come with a standard 125mm eave bracket, alternative fixing brackets are available to purchase separately - ring for advice if necessary.

Construction
Copper is used on our 3D ranges (heads and ball spacers) offering timeless quality with corrosion-free durability. We have sprayed the copper to give it an all over natural looking patina The 3D bodies are handcrafted from beaten copper sections and brazed. The brazing will be visible, but this does not tend to detract from the overall good looks of our copper weathervanes.
Steel is used for the rotation rods and standard bracket mount on the 3D weathervanes. The steel is coated with an exterior quality powder coat paint for extended life.
Exterior Protection
Our Verdigris 3D weathervanes are coated with an exterior quality powder coat paint which protects the weathervane and offers a durable finish. You can expect this finish to look good for quite some time!
The weathervane rods and mounts are coated with an exterior quality powder coat paint which protects the steel and offers a durable finish. For extended life, we suggest giving the mount a coat of Hammerite paint.
